At Samson Athletics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your training standards, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, gym-ready condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
